Berger’s Burgers
Blueberry Burgers
This burger packs a healthy punch like no other! Same full flavored beef you’d expect in a grassfed burger, but this recipe adds the antioxidant properties of blueberries. The benefits of lean beef plus low fat, low sodium blueberries help lower your cholesterol and your risk of cancer and heart disease. Antioxidants protect the blood vessel walls by making them more resistant to damage from oxidation.
1lb. Green Vista Farm Grassfed Hamburger
3 Tablespoons fresh or frozen blueberries (blended)
Mix well and grill as usual for moist, mouthwatering burgers.
Green Vista Burgers
Start with 2lbs. Green Vista Farm Grassfed Hamburger
Make 2 thin patties (1/8 lb. each), sandwich any variation below in-between the 2 patties. Seal edges to make 8 patties no more than 1 inch thick. Grill as usual.
Dan’s Zippy Grill
Mix 2lbs Green Vista Farm Grassfed Hamburger with ¼ cup beer and 1 cage free egg. Make 2 thin patties and sandwich 1 slice of cheese (your choice) in between. Seal and grill as usual.
Dave’s Fav
Mix 2lbs. Green Vista Farm Grassfed Hamburger with
¼ cup chopped onion and ¼ cup teriyaki sauce.
Make 2 thin patties and sandwich in between 1 slice cheddar cheese. Seal and grill as usual.
Jessie’s Pesto Burgers
Make 2 thin patties and sandwich in between
1 teaspoon Basil Pesto/patty and 1 slice white cheddar cheese. Seal and grill as usual.
