Our summer beef sale created lots of interest so we have decided to carry a version of it on into the fall. We will take $50 directly off the regular cost of a half beef and $100 off the cost of a whole beef. Whole beef price is $3.50/Lb. hanging plus processing and a half beef is $3.75.
